Sunnyside Commercial Village is a distinct concept in office space located at Sunnyside and 79th Street in the Geist, Indiana area. This new commercial construction office project offers an ideal solution for Geist professionals seeking to move their business out of their home or out of a more commercial environment to a location with fresher appeal than a sterile office or strip mall – all with the benefit of building equity. A partnership between custom home builders Terri and Rick Dunville of Dunville & Associates, Inc. and commercial condominium developer Bob Meister of Meister Development Co. is producing an office and retail complex with a couple of key twists – residential ambiance with business ownership.

The Dunvilles’ and Meister have designed Sunnyside Commercial Village to offer a residential feel in its aesthetics. All the offices have private entrances, professional residential-style landscaping, and commercial interiors that can be custom built to suit the needs of a particular business. Owners can custom-create their interiors with everything from kitchens and baths to fireplaces and sauna baths. Another key selling point of the project is that offices or businesses can own this office space similar to the way a resident owns a residential condominium, with an association fee paid to take care of all external upkeep. This gives businesses the opportunity to build equity and potential retirement income as well as having all the available tax advantages.
